Cooking like our family did, combining the cultures of Hawaii to create a savory combination of taste. All of our food is made from scratch and smoked between 7-20 hours daily.

Our Menu:


Smoked Meat - smoked pork butt soaked overnight in house marinade. Served with Chamorro sauce

Poke - Yellowfin, onion, shoyu, sesame seeds and green onion

Kalua Pig - slow cooked seasoned with Hawaiian salt

Brisket - slow cooked for 12 hours 3 times a week. Dry rub served with Hawaiian BBQ sauce

Short Rib - Korean style Kalbi with Huli Huli sauce

Corn on the Cob - Sweet Ewa corn seasoned with butter and seasoned salt

Grilled Pineapple - Charred and served with Li Hing Powder

Grilled Cheese - Hawaiian toast, cheese, tomatoe. $2 for your choice of meat

Boiled Peanuts - Moms Wahiawa recipe

Kim Chee Queso - spicy and served with house chips

Banchan - assorted kimchee and veggies made daily. Add $5 for Bi Bim Bap (rice, gochujang, sesame oil, fried egg)

Tofu Poke - ogo, ginger, green onion, tomato, water cress

Ribeye - sautéed with onion and served with Chamorro sauce

Chicken Wings - Smoked and tossed with Korean or classic Buffalo sauce

Fried Noodle - Yakisoba, smoked meat, onions, celery, fish cake, wonbok

Kalua Sliders - Kalua pig on Hawaiian sweet rolls, Hawaiian BBQ sauce and Kimchee slaw


Served with two scoops of rice and sides (kimchee, cucumber Kimchee, mac salad, potato salad, Daikon). New sides made daily

Larger serving of Smoked Meat, Kalua Pig, Chicken Wings, Ribeye, Shortrib, Fried Noodle

Smoked Meat Fried Rice - served as either plain with stir fry or spicy Kimchee fried rice. Topped with a fried egg
